As a company, we pride ourselves in offering a personal,
friendly and professional service dealing with everyone as individuals and
delivering the best customer service possible.
If an in-home estimate is required our salesperson will go
to see the customer. He has been involved in moving for over 28 years as a
driver, dispatcher and now salesman.
Our receptionist/moving consultant has over 14 years in the
business and has been involved in all aspects of moving. All moves are
followed up on by our operations co-ordinater who has 10 years experience
in dispatch and customer relations.
Our dispatcher/manager has been in the moving business for
over 25 years as a driver and dispatcher. He is familiar with the problems
that effect customers and crews and can usually find ways to make the days
go smoothly for both. Our drivers have all been in moving for at least 15
years and combined with a good core of full-time helpers make customers'
moving transitions as smooth as possible.
Burlington Movers has been in business for 27 years and
several of the current employees have been with the company for the
majority of those years. We are also one of very few piano specialists in Ontario dealing with
hundreds of pianos every year.
